"At 13, I found my way onto a wrestling mat in a crowded YMCA. I was already playing ball - baseball, basketball, and football - since my elementary days, but this was something different. This was personal. In wrestling, there's no hiding behind teammates, no one to pass the ball to when the going gets tough. It's just you, your opponent, and the cold, hard truth.

My first season? A disaster. I lost every match but one. That's when I learned how to climb from the bottom. It was then that a coach stepped in. His words hit me like a heavyweight punch: "Things worth having don't come easy."

This coach didn't sugarcoat reality. He showcased the raw, unembellished truth of achieving greatness - it was an uphill task requiring resilience and dedication. He guided me in integrating strength and conditioning into my practice and emphasized the significance of unwavering perseverance, especially during the off-season. This guidance turned the tables. The following season, I won every match but one!

Fast forward two decades, and roles have switched. My mission? To instill that same relentless drive into every young athlete who walks through our doors. Here, there's no room for excuses. Just blood, sweat, tears, and the relentless pursuit of greatness.

At Champion's Path, we're about showing our athletes that in wrestling, as in life, there are no shortcuts to success. You've got to outwork, outsmart, and outlast the competition.

That's the spirit I want to imbue in every young athlete I train. I want them to know what it's like to fight for a win, to taste defeat, and to come back stronger, never letting a loss define them.

Join Champion's Path, and let's walk this road to greatness together. It's not going to be easy, but nothing worth having ever is. It's a tough path, but it's the path of champions. And that's the only path we know." - Coach
